First deputy chairman Volodymyr Boleshchuk will temporarily act as head of the regional council.

Holovko told reporters that, according to the law, it is the regional council chairman convenes the session, so he ordered it to be convened in two weeks. "So on what basis did they gather today? What was it about? A deputy assembly - I understand that, they have every right...", Holovko said and added that he was "ready to leave", but to do so "in a civilised, legal way".
