On the afternoon of 3 November, the Russians fired on the central part of Kherson, the regional military administration has said.
Three people were injured in the Russian attack.
They were taken to hospital.
Last night, the Russians launched one of the most massive strikes against Ukraine in recent weeks. They launched about 40 drones, 24 of which were shot down, as well as one missile, which was also shot down by Ukrainian air defence.
