The StratCom of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed that it had struck an oil and lubrication depot in occupied Luhansk on 3 December. The information was published on the StratCom's Telegram page.
"Yesterday, on 3 December 2023, the Defence Forces conducted a successful fire strike on oil and lubrication depots located within the temporarily occupied Luhansk," the statement said.
