Two explosions occurred in Mariupol: personnel and an equipment storage were hit. This was reported by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andryushchenko.
"This is a kind of Mariupol’s Chornobayivka. This is the second explosion in almost the same place. The first one was on 7 September. The occupiers have not learned anything. That's why they flew again to the depot and the place where the equipment is stored. The place is still cordoned off, ambulances were taking the wounded out of Port City at midnight," said Andryushchenko.
He later clarified that there were two explosions.
"There are two places of impact and they are different. The first video with migrants is the same 'concrete plant'. It was the first hit. The second one is the area behind Port City, where the occupiers deployed military equipment and air defence systems. Second hit," Andryushchenko wrote.
