The UN General Assembly has adopted an updated resolution condemning Russia's serious human rights violations in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This was reported by the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Minister Dmytro Kuleba welcomed the adoption of the document: "The updated UN General Assembly resolution, in particular, requires Russia to stop forced deportations and ensure the safe return of all Ukrainian children and civilian hostages. These are some of the most heinous crimes and they must be stopped.”
I welcome the updated UNGA resolution condemning Russia’s grave human rights violations, notably urging it to cease forcible deportations and ensure a safe return of all Ukrainian children and civilian hostages. These are some of the most heinous crimes and they must be stopped.
