In his evening address, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia continues to use dozens of critical components for the production of missiles, so it is necessary to strengthen sanctions that would not allow Russia to circumvent them.

"We continue our communication with partners on sanctions against Russia - their full effect. All of our diplomatic representatives must become more active so that our partners respond more actively to each case of sanctions circumvention by Russia.

This is not just an abstract issue - it is about how a terrorist state produces weapons, including missiles. All Russian missiles have dozens of critical components manufactured abroad, many of them by companies from the free world," Zelenskyy noted.

The president said that Foreign Intelligence chief Oleksandr Lytvynenko presented evidence of this in his report today.

"Therefore, blocking the ways for Russia to circumvent sanctions means literally blocking terror. I am grateful to all partners who understand this, and to everyone in the world who helps us in this work," he said.

Zelenskyy also thanked France for the creation of the Artillery Coalition within the Ramstein format and for its readiness to supply Ukraine with dozens of Caesar artillery systems and munitions to them.

"We will also continue to strengthen our air defence, and I thank France for its strong decisions," the president added.
