The Kyiv Region and the capital itself were attacked by ballistic and cruise missiles in the morning of 15 February. Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on the work of air defence.
An alert was declared throughout Ukraine, with reports of cruise missiles being launched from strategic aviation, Kalibr missiles from carriers at sea, and ballistic missiles from the territory of Russia.
