BBC: Ukrainian troops‘ HIMARS hit Russians lined up at training ground

Russians lined up to wait for the general.

Yesterday, the Ukrainian army allegedly struck a Russian training ground near the occupied village of Trudivske in Donetsk Region. The strike was carried out with two HIMARS missiles, the BBC reports, citing several sources.

"At that moment, the soldiers of the 36th Guards Motorised Rifle Brigade (military unit 06705), whose permanent location is the city of Borzya in the Trans-Baikal Territory, were lined up at the training ground. At the time of the strike, soldiers of the 4th, 5th and 6th companies of this brigade were lined up at the training ground and were waiting for the arrival of the commander of the 29th Army of the Eastern Military District of the Russian Federation, Major General Oleg Moiseyev," the journalists write.

They gained access to a video recording of one of the occupiers who survived the attack. He said that they were lined up in the field by "commanders".

In total, the BBC has more than 10 photos and videos from the training ground taken immediately after the strike, showing dozens of dead. According to various estimates, the strike killed at least 60 soldiers of the 36th Brigade of the occupiers.
