A man's body was recovered from the debris of a house ruined by the Russian drone strike on Dnipro, the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, has said.
"Russians killed him last night when he was simply taking rest in his flat," he added.
Rescuers are looking for a woman who was home at the time of the attack.
Russia attacked Dnipropetrovsk Region last night. One of them hit a high-rise in Dnipro, ruining several flat. Almost a dozen people were injured. There was a hit to an industrial enterprise in Dnipro too.
