On the night of 8 March, Russian occupation forces attacked Kupyansk, Kharkiv Region. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov.
"Two civilians, a man and a woman, were killed, they are being identified," Synyehubov wrote.
Later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs added that there was one wounded.
According to preliminary information, the Russians used multiple rocket launchers.
The shelling also damaged residential buildings and a car caught fire.
The debris is currently being cleared.
