At night and in the morning, various regions of Russia reported shelling and drone attacks. An oil refinery caught fire in the Russian city of Ryazan. The governor of the Region claims it was attacked by a drone.
Dozens of drones also attacked the Voronezh Region. The ASTRA telegram channel writes that the Region was subjected to "powerful shelling" in the area of a military airfield. There is a partial power outage there.
In the Leningrad Region, the governor reported the downing of a UAV on approach to an oil refinery. He assures that there was no damage.
The governor of the Belgorod Region said that 45,000 Russians were left without electricity as a result of the shelling, and one person was wounded.
