At night, Russians attacked Ukraine with drones: the Air Force reported a movement of Shaheds from the south towards Kharkiv Region. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on his Telegram page that one of the UAVs had hit a civilian infrastructure facility, causing damage. Relevant services were working at the site.
According to the updated information provided by the mayor at around 4:30 am, the attack drone crashed in the centre of the city in the residential area. There were no casualties as a result of the attack.
Later, after 6 a.m., Terekhov added that a second hit was detected, but this time from a S-300 missile, in a forest near non-residential buildings.
"Preliminary, it was an S-300. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Several buildings were slightly damaged," he said.
