On the evening of 14 March, a Russian drone hit a residential building in Vinnytsya Region. This was reported by the head of the Vinnytsya Regional Military Administration Serhiy Borzov.

According to updated data as of the morning of 15 March, the death toll has risen to two: an injured woman died in hospital. Three more people are hospitalised.
The head of the air force called on citizens not to ignore air raid warnings and to stay in safe places until the air raid is over.
