Roman Kostenko, an MP and secretary of the Defence Committee, believes that there have been no fundamental changes in the management of the Defence Forces after the replacement of the Commander-in-Chief and senior commanders.
In an interview with LB.ua, he said that the control systems are still not automated. Manual control remained as it was.
"The teams have changed, Zaluzhnyy's team left, Syrskyy's team came. That's all. Globally, at first glance, nothing has changed," he said.
Kostenko added that Syrskyy's decision to conduct an audit of the number of soldiers at the front rather than in the rear does not indicate a change in management.
