The Russians have struck at least 15 times. The mayor reported the first strike at 10:27 a.m., the second at 10:29 a.m., and the third at the same time.
In total, Russian enemy used nine missiles to strike Kharkiv and six missiles to strike the region. They hit civilian targets."We currently have confirmed information about strikes on transport infrastructure and one of the units of a utility company that provides life support to the city," the mayor said.
A private printing company was also hit. A fire broke out there, and there are dead and injured. This is a book printing house where most of the books published by Vivat were printed. Seven employees were killed and 11 injured. Two are being searched for.

In Lyubotyn, Russians shelled the centre of the town. According to preliminary data from the Prosecutor General's Office, the enemy attacked Kharkiv and Lyubotyn with about fifteen S-300 and S-400 missiles. The attacks were launched from Russian territory.
