Denmark will allow the use of its F-16 fighter jets to strike military targets in Russia. This was stated by Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen during a visit to Brussels, according to Yevropeyska Pravda.
He answered in the affirmative when asked whether Ukraine could use the fighter jets provided by Denmark to strike targets in Russia. He said this was not a new position.
"When we discussed this with our foreign affairs committee in the Danish parliament, we made it clear from the very beginning that this is part of self-defence, so that it would be possible to also attack military targets on the aggressor's territory," he said.
