In Poltava Region, air defence soldiers shot down a Russian missile. The missile debris fell on a school and a kindergarten, killing one person.

According to the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Filip Pronin, one civilian was killed and three others were injured as a result of the fall of the Russian missile. One of them is in a serious condition.
A school and a kindergarten in Poltava district were also damaged by the debris.
