Russians attack Dnipro with missiles, drones: multiple casualties reported (updated)

According to the latest reports, five people were killed and 47 wounded. 

Russian military attacked Dnipro with missiles and drones on 3 July, said Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. 

Three people were killed. Preliminary, 18 people were injured. Among them is a 14-year-old girl. 

There were several fires. There is destruction. The information is being clarified.

According to Suspilne, one of the shopping centres was damaged.

Update, 12:15. Later, Serhiy Lysak reported an increase in the number of dead and injured. 

"4 dead due to the morning Russian attack on Dnipro. 27 people were injured. 11 of them are hospitalised. Two are in serious condition," he wrote.


Update, 13:00. According to updated data, there are 34 injured (and 4 dead - ed.) in Dnipro. A third of them are in hospital. The condition of two local doctors is assessed as serious. People mostly have shrapnel wounds and cut wounds. They have bruises and fractures.

Update, 13:53. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has published a video of the missile attack on Dnipro. According to him, there are already 5 dead and 34 injured, including a child. 

"This Russian terror can be stopped only by two things - modern air defence systems and the long-range of our weapons. The world can protect lives, and this requires the determination of leaders. The determination that can and must make protection from terror the norm again," the president wrote.

Update, 15:40. In Dnipro, the number of victims of a drone strike has increased to 47 people. 5 people were killed.
