During a massive Russian missile attack on Ukraine, the Okhmatdyt children's hospital in Kyiv was damaged. There are children under the rubble.

"Kyiv Children's Hospital Okhmatdyt," the Ministry of Health wrote and published a video from the scene.

The video shows how the rubble is being cleared.

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said that patients of the children's hospital, which was hit by an enemy missile, are being evacuated to municipal hospitals.

Update. Mykola Kuleba, head of the Save Ukraine charity, said that the hospital's toxicology department suffered the most from the Russian attack, and that there are children under the rubble.

"The scale of the destruction is terrible: not a single window is left intact in the building. Several upper floors were blown away by the wave. Information on the number of victims is still being clarified. There are children under the rubble of the hospital," he wrote.

Later, Kyiv City Council member Yevheniya Kuleba wrote that, as of 12.00, large quantities of drinking water in litre bottles were needed.

According to her, there are enough people on site to help clear the rubble.

President Zelenskyy said that the exact number of injured and dead in Okhmatdyt is currently unknown.

According to Zelenskyy, today, during a massive missile attack, Russia fired more than 40 missiles of various types, attacking Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyy Rih, Slovyansk, and Kramatorsk.
