According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as of 15.30, 31 people were killed and 125 wounded in the morning Russian attack on Ukraine.
There are 17 known deaths in Kyiv, 48 people were wounded in the capital, and two in Kyiv Region. There are 11 dead in the Dnipro Region - in Kryvyy Rih and Dnipro - and 62 wounded in the region, as well as three in Pokrovsk, Donetsk Region.
The enemy attacked the country's largest children's hospital, Okhmatdyt. Also, as a result of today's Russian missile attack in the Dnipro district of Kyiv, a multi-storey building of a medical centre was damaged, with four victims and three injured.
"Our local services are doing everything they can to rescue people from the rubble and help them," the minister said.
Rescuers, police officers, dog handlers, explosive experts and psychologists will work continuously until the search and rescue operations are completed.
