Air defence forces shot down 35 Russian Shahed drones, while two X-59/69 missiles failed to reach their targets. The Russian army also attacked the Regions of Ukraine with three Iskander ballistic missiles.

Last night, the Russians attacked Ukraine with three Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Kursk Region and the temporarily occupied Crimea, two X-59/69 guided missiles from the airspace of the Kursk Region, and 39 Shahed attack UAVs from three directions: Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Crimea.
During the night attack, the Air Force's radio engineering troops detected and tracked air targets in more than 10 Regions of Ukraine.
Units of mobile firing groups from all the Ukrainian Defence Forces, as well as anti-aircraft missile troops and electronic warfare of the Air Force of Ukraine, were involved in repelling the air attack.

Air defences were deployed in Sumy, Poltava, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Mykolayiv, Odesa and Cherkasy Regions.
