At night, Ukrainian military intelligence drones attacked an oil refinery in Tuapse. A fire broke out at the facility, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine's interlocutors said.
The drone was spotted flying over Tuapse at around 3:30 a.m. local time. Local publics wrote that during the first wave of the attack, Russian air defence tried to shoot down four drones.
The second wave of the attack took place after 6 o'clock. Several powerful explosions were heard in the area of the plant, followed by a fire. There were about eight drones in total.
The source added that the extent of damage to the Russian military-industrial complex is being investigated.
The Tuapse Oil Refinery is a single production complex with a marine terminal of the oil supply company of Rosneft, RN-Marine Terminal Tuapse LLC.
