The Russian army struck Nikopol in the Dnipro Region, two children were among the victims.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak.
‘There are casualties in Nikopol due to enemy shelling. Among them are two children - girls aged 1 and 10. Both of them have acubarotrauma. This is also the diagnosis among adults. However, there are also locals with shrapnel wounds,’ the statement said.
Two of the victims were treated on the spot, and six others were taken to hospitals.
In general, high-rise buildings and infrastructure in the city were damaged, as well as a kiosk, a car, gas pipelines and power lines.
