Russia attacked Ukraine with an X-59/X-69 guided missile from the airspace of occupied Donetsk Region and 10 Shahed-type strike UAVs from Cape Chauda (Crimea), the Air Force Command has reported.
Air defence missile units and electronic warfare units of the Air Force, as well as mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defence Forces, were involved in repelling the air attack.
As a result of the air battle, an X-59/X-69 guided missile and nine Shahed-131/136 UAVs were shot down. It is noted that the air targets were destroyed in Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson and Kirovohrad Regions.
