US Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery Penny Pritzker has met with Ukrainian Economy Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko.
This was reported by the US Embassy in Kyiv.
Along with Pritzker, the meeting was attended by the heads of Amentum, Clayco Inc and Westinghouse Nuclear.
The parties discussed opportunities for US companies to support Ukraine's recovery and the importance of ongoing reforms in Ukraine for US private sector investment.
- Amentum is an engineering firm that is to provide logistics solutions to the Ukrainian defence industry. This year, in June, the company signed a memorandum of intent with Ukroboronprom to establish a joint venture. The discussion focused on potential cooperation in the restoration and maintenance of US-made armoured vehicles.
- Clayco Inc. is a construction company, and Westinghouse Nuclear is a corporation that produces nuclear fuel that is currently used by Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
