Ukraine has received a new batch of military aid from Germany.
This is reflected in the updated data on the German government's website.
In particular, Germany, together with Denmark, handed over eight Leopard 1A5 battle tanks.
Also on the list:
- 21,000 rounds of ammunition for Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns from the Bundeswehr's stockpile;
- 10 surface drones;
- 10 ground surveillance radars;
- more than 24,800 combat helmets;
- two Bergepanzer 2 armoured repair and evacuation vehicles with spare parts;
- a field hospital.
On 29 July, the United States announces a new security assistance package for Ukraine worth up to $200 million under the Special Presidential Powers programme.
