Russians attack Kharkiv Region overnight, at dawn, people injured

At night and at dawn on 9 August, Russians shelled the Kharkiv Region, injuring people and damaging houses.

This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv RMA Oleh Synyehubov.

At dawn, around 06:20, a 46-year-old man was wounded in the village of Slobozhanske. At 02:30, the Russians shelled Zolochiv, damaging houses and gas networks.

Kupyansk-Vuzlovyy also came under fire, where the roof of a house caught fire.

On the afternoon of 8 August, the shelling in Pisky-Radkivski village caused the burning of coniferous litter on the area of 2 hectares.

• In the Kharkiv sector, Russian proxies continued their assault operations. Six combat engagements took place in the area of Vovchansk.
• Three Russian attacks were registered in the Kupyansk sector. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults near Synkivka, Petropavlivka and in the direction of Hlushkivka.
