President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting on the situation in the Kursk Region. In particular, they discussed security issues, humanitarian aid and the establishment of military commandant's offices, if necessary.
The President announced this on social media.
"We discussed key issues. Security, humanitarian aid, establishment of military commandant's offices if necessary," the president said.
Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine is defending itself and the lives of its people in the border communities and is taking active steps on Russian territory.
"Our forces strictly comply with the requirements of international conventions and international humanitarian law," he added.
