Ukrainian Defence Forces shot down a Russian Su-34 over the Kursk Region of Russia on 14 August, the General Staff of Ukraine reported.
"Last night, in the Kursk Region of Russia, during a combat mission, the forces and means of the anti-aircraft missile troops of the Air Force of Ukraine destroyed a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber," the statement said.
The General Staff added that the work to eliminate the occupiers, their equipment and weapons continues unabated.
