On the night of 3 September, Ukraine was again under attack. Russians used three Iskander-M ballistic missiles from Crimea, an X-59/69 guided missile from Russia's Kursk Region, and 35 Shahed attack UAVs, also launched from Crimea and Kursk Region.
The defenders shot down 27 drones, and six more were lost in the area. There is no information on damage or casualties, the Air Force said.
"Two more enemy drones flew in the direction of Belgorod Region and occupied Donetsk Region," the statement said.
Air defences were operating in Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Mykolayiv, Kherson, Poltava, Chernihiv and Sumy Regions.
