The Council of the European Union has decided to extend restrictive measures against those responsible for undermining or threatening the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
According to the Council's website, the sanctions will remain in place until 15 March 2025.
These measures include travel restrictions for individuals, asset freezes, and a ban on providing funds or other economic resources to the designated individuals and organisations.
The sanctions affect more than 2,200 individuals and organisations. When reviewing the list, the Council of the EU removed five deceased individuals from the list. It also decided not to extend the sanctions against two more individuals.
