On 12 September, at around 5pm, Russia attacked Kharkiv and its suburbs.
According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, there were two hits.
"Two hits on one of the densely populated areas of the city. All relevant services are being sent to the sites of the strikes. Information about the victims and damage is being clarified," the Kharkiv mayor wrote in a telegram.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of a guided missile towards Kharkiv.
Update. Terekhov said that at the site of one of the arrivals, two women and a child were rescued from the rubble of the house.
According to him, the Russians hit the regional centre of FAB-250.
More than 15 private houses were damaged. So far, four people have been treated for acute stress reactions.
Later, the regional prosecutor's office reported that the number of injured had increased to seven. Among them is a 10-year-old child.
In the Kyivskyy district of Kharkiv, a hit was recorded near a private residential area. Four people suffered an acute stress reaction, including a child. The facades of residential buildings were damaged and windows were smashed.
In the town of Derhachi, private households were also damaged as a result of the air strike. Two women and a man sought medical assistance as a result of the shelling. The victims were diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
The occupiers also struck the territory of the Ecopark in the village of Lisne, Malodanylivka community, with an aircraft munition. There were no injuries at the site of the hit. Trees and a fence were damaged.
