The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has extended the pre-trial restraint for Mykola Tyshchenko for two months - round-the-clock house arrest and wearing an electronic bracelet.
This was reported by Suspilne.
Prosecutors requested a two-month extension of the preventive measure and a ban on leaving the place of residence, as well as a two-month extension of the electronic bracelet and the performance of duties.
The lawyers asked the court to change the measure of restraint to nightly house arrest from 12 am to 7 am, or to release the MP on his own recognizance.
Tyshchenko himself also asked to be released on his own recognizance.
