Russia attacked Ukraine with 32 Shahed attack drones from Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Kursk on 2 October. This was reported by the Air Force command.
Ukrainian Defence Forces’ aviation, missile units, electronic warfare, and mobile groups shot down 11 attack UAVs in Kirovohrad, Odesa, and Sumy Regions during an anti-aircraft battle.
Four Russian drones flew from Ukrainian airspace in the direction of Russia.
"As a result of electronic warfare countermeasures, 10 attack UAVs were lost in the northern and central regions, the information is being clarified," the Air Force said.
- In September, the Russians launched averagely 44 Shaheds at Ukraine every day. Russians launched 1,339 attack UAVs in total.
