On the night of 30 October, the Russian army attacked Kyiv again. A residential building was damaged in the Solomyanskyy district, and nine people were wounded, said Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko and KCMA head Serhiy Popko.
According to Klitschko, at first it was reported that the fire was in non-residential premises. Later, information was received about a fire in an apartment.
"Preliminarily, as a result of an attack by Russian armed forces drones in Kyiv, debris fell in the Solomyanskyy district. A fire broke out in several apartments of high-rise residential building. 18 people were evacuated from the building. Nine people were injured, including one child," Popko said.
The territory of a kindergarten in the area was also damaged.
