All towns along the frontline in Donetsk Region are almost completely destroyed, with critical infrastructure damaged.

This was stated by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin, Radio Svoboda reports.

‘Over the past two weeks, the occupier has increased the number of attacks, if two weeks ago it was 2,500-2,400 times, now it is more than 3,000 almost every day. Once again, I emphasise that it is very dangerous to stay in the region, so people should leave, take care of themselves and their loved ones,’ he said.

According to the head of the region, there are almost no safe cities left in Donetsk Region. According to him, 111 children remain in the Pokrovsk community.

‘57 children in Pokrovsk itself and 12,000 people in Pokrovsk. More than 30 thousand have left. It's very good that people are leaving, because the city of Pokrovsk is shelled every day with guided aerial bombs, FPV drones - almost every day, it is very dangerous to stay in the city,’ Filashkin said.

He added that the city is facing major problems with water and electricity supply. Due to the constant shelling, utilities are unable to repair the damage.

Earlier, the head of the Pokrovsk city administration said that the Pokrovsk community faces a threat of disruption of the heating season due to constant Russian shelling.
