Ukraine’s air defences successfully intercepted 76 cruise missiles, three guided missiles, and 35 attack drones. However, 62 drones were lost locally.

- 3 X-59/69 guided missiles fired over the Black Sea.
- 97 Shahed-type UAVs and unidentified drones launched from multiple locations, including Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Orel, Bryansk, and Millerovo.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted the use of cluster munitions in some regions, targeting civilian infrastructure. He condemned the tactic as a “despicable escalation” of Russian terrorism, highlighting its impact on rescue efforts and energy repairs.

- Khmelnytskyy Region: Two districts were left without power.
- Rivne Region: Power outages affected 681 settlements.
- Ivano-Frankivsk Region: An infrastructure facility was targeted.
- Kherson and Zhytomyr Regions: Both regions experienced complete power loss.
