Ukrainian artists will take part in the Tallinn Music Week showcase festival, which will take place on 9–11 April in Tallinn. For the third consecutive year, the Ukrainian Institute is collaborating with Tallinn Music Week — one of the key music events in the Baltic States.

Last year, the first Ukrainian reception was held as part of the official programme, and five Ukrainian artists performed. This year, following an open selection process, the following Ukrainian performers have been invited to take part in the festival: Ziferblat, TYSK, AVDYSH, Daughters of Donbas (Canada/Ukraine), and Olha Korol.

In addition to the concert programme, a reception for the Ukrainian delegation will once again take place during the conference. It will serve as a platform for international delegates to meet Ukrainian artists and representatives of Ukraine’s music industry.

The Ukrainian programme at the festival is organised in partnership with Music Export Ukraine.

Tallinn Music Week is an annual showcase festival of new music and urban culture, held since 2009. The event comprises three main components: a showcase festival, a conference, and a city festival. Every year, 150–200 artists of various genres from around the world perform in Tallinn before an audience of around 15,000 visitors and more than 1,000 music industry professionals from international and Baltic-Scandinavian markets.
