President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with US Vice President J.D. Vance.
According to Zelenskyy, they discussed the outcomes of a recent meeting between the leaders of Ukraine and the United States.
“Russian air strikes on our country have not stopped, and air defense — specifically interceptors for Patriots against ballistic missiles — remains the top priority,” Zelenskyy stressed.
The president added that they also discussed the consequences of Russia’s war for global markets.
“We agreed that our teams will stay in touch and work through everything we discussed today,” Zelenskyy concluded.
