Tomorrow, 21 August, a Day of Mourning has been declared in Kyiv for those killed as a result of a Russian attack.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote about this on Telegram.
On this day, flags will be lowered on all municipal buildings in the city. It is also recommended that state flags be lowered in the capital on buildings of state and private ownership.
Any entertainment events are banned in the city on this day.
Work to deal with the aftermath of the attack continues in the Solomianskyi, Sviatoshynskyi and Darnytskyi districts of the capital.
