The 1,646th day of the Russian Federation’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. In total, 229 combat clashes were recorded over the past day, with the heaviest fighting on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka axes.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 88 air strikes, dropping 294 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 11,150 kamikaze drones and conducted 3,288 attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, 47 of them using multiple launch rocket systems.
Enemy artillery fire, in particular, hit the settlements of Vyntorivka, Korenok, Kindrativka, Korchakivka, Kruzhok, Bachivsk, Sopych, Atynske, Neskuchne, Volfyne, Bezsalivka and Yastrubshchyna in Sumy Region.
Over the past day, the Defence Forces’ aviation, missile troops and artillery struck nine command posts, seven areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, three artillery systems, 10 UAV control points and three other key enemy targets.
In the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, 10 combat clashes were recorded over the past day. At the same time, the aggressor carried out 52 attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas. The enemy also launched three air strikes using six guided aerial bombs.
In the South Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian units repelled 10 enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka, Starytsia, Synelnykove, Vilcha, Lyman and Vovchanski Khutory.
In the Kupiansk direction, there was one enemy offensive action towards Radkivka.
Attempts to break into our defences were repelled in the Lyman direction, where the occupiers attacked seven times in the area of Lyman and towards the settlements of Hrekivka and Novoselivka.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy carried out six assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Ozerne, Zakitne and Kryva Luka, and towards Mykolaivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian invaders conducted three offensive actions in the area of Fedorivka Druha and Nykyforivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, 28 attacks were recorded. The invaders carried out assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Novoselivka, Rusyn Yar and Nove Shakhove, and towards Mykolaipillia.
The enemy carried out 31 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers tried to advance towards the settlements of Bilytske, Vasylivka, Serhiivka, Svitle, Novyi Donbas, Myrne, Filiia and Novopavlivka, and in the areas of Udachne, Novooleksandrivka and Molodetske.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy carried out five attacks towards Piddubne and in the area of Rybne.
In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers attacked our defenders’ positions nine times. The enemy tried to advance towards the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Dobropillia, Charivne and Novoselivka, and in the area of Bilohiria and Luhivske.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped four attempts by the enemy to move forward towards the settlements of Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka and Lukianivske.
In the Dnipro direction, the enemy did not conduct assault actions over the past day.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
- Overall, over the past day the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1,400 personnel. Also neutralised were four tanks, seven armoured combat vehicles, 53 artillery systems, three multiple launch rocket systems, two air defence assets, 17 ground robotic systems, 1,762 unmanned aerial vehicles, 494 vehicles and 10 units of specialised enemy equipment.
