Drones Strike Russian Regions and Occupied Territory Overnight

There are reports of a hit on an oil refinery. 

Overnight on 28 August, several Russian regions came under drone strikes. Yaroslavl Region Governor Mikhail Yevrayev reported an air-raid alert. Traffic towards Moscow was blocked, Astra wrote, citing Yevrayev. 

According to preliminary information, an oil refinery there was hit. Explosions were also reported in Saratov. 

Drones also attacked the Moscow Region and Moscow. Sergei Sobyanin said two drones heading for Moscow were shot down. 

Warnings of possible strikes were also issued in Vladimir and Ivanovo regions. 

Residents of Engels, where an airfield is located, reported a large number of drones and explosions in the city. 

Not only Russia but also occupied territory was attacked by drones overnight. The so-called governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, reported four people injured.

In Donetsk Region, the attack has caused power outages.
