President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has spoken about the consequences of the Russian attack overnight and in the morning. The head of state wrote about it on social media.

In the morning in Kyiv, a Russian drone hit a residential high-rise building. Four people were injured. Rescuers have already put out the fire that broke out after the strike.

Overnight in Odesa Region, Russian forces struck the international border crossing point “Starokozache” on the border with Moldova. Its operations were suspended. Two people were killed in the attack and three others were injured. Rescuers evacuated 16 people. Zelenskyy expressed his condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed.

Work to deal with the aftermath of the Russian attack is also continuing in Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv Region, Zhytomyr Region and Kyiv Region.

The President stressed that the international community is not responding strongly enough to Russian strikes, which in effect claim people’s lives almost every day.

“Moscow must not enter winter with the understanding that missile and drone terror will go unpunished. Aggression must be stopped here and now so that it does not spread further,” the head of state said.
