The 1,661st day of the Russian Federation’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. In total, 235 combat clashes were recorded over the past day. The fiercest fighting yesterday took place on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka axes.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 114 air strikes, dropping 365 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 10,808 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,953 attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, 46 of them using multiple launch rocket systems.
Enemy shelling, in particular, hit the settlements of Sopych, Bachivsk, Korenok, Luzhky, Kozache, Ulanove, Hirky, Kindrativka, Pysarivka, Ivolzhanske, Mohrytsia, Yastrubyne, Rohizne, Andriivka, Korchakivka, Zapsillia, Sadky in Sumy Region; Hasychivka and Kliusy in Chernihiv Region. Velyka Berizka, Tovstodubove, Sumy, Vakalivshchyna, Velyka Rybytsia and Mala Rybytsia were hit by air strikes.
Over the past day, aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces struck five areas where enemy manpower was concentrated, six UAV control points and eight artillery systems belonging to the occupiers.
On the North Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes, three enemy assault actions were recorded over the past day. The aggressor carried out 144 strikes on our troops’ positions and populated areas. It delivered seven air strikes using 14 guided aerial bombs.
On the South Slobozhanshchyna axis, Ukrainian units repelled five enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance towards Izbytske and Ivanivka, and in the areas of Starytsia, Chuhunivka and Zakharivka.
On the Kupiansk axis, the enemy tried to improve its positions four times by conducting assault actions in the areas of Petropavlivka, Kivsharivka and Hlushkivka.
On the Lyman axis, our defenders successfully repelled nine attempts by the invaders to advance towards Novyi Myr and Olhivka, towards Lyman, and in the areas of the settlements of Novoselivka, Stavky, Drobysheve and Dibrova.
On the Sloviansk axis, the enemy carried out three assault actions near Ozerne and Kryva Luka, and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka.
On the Kramatorsk axis, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
On the Kostiantynivka axis, 17 attacks were recorded. According to updated information, the invaders conducted assault actions near Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Dovha Balka, Toretske and Vilne, and towards Novopavlivka, Mykolaipillia and Kucherovyi Yar.
On the Pokrovsk axis, the enemy carried out 33 attacks. The enemy tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Dorozhnie, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Novooleksandrivka, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopidhhorodne, Novomykolaivka and Muravka, and towards Hannivka, Svitle, Dobropillia, Matiasheve and Serhiivka.
On the Oleksandrivka axis, the enemy conducted assault actions three times towards Berezove and Kalynivske, and in the area of Novohryhorivka.
On the Huliaipole axis, the occupiers attacked our defenders’ positions eight times. The enemy tried to advance towards Rizdvianka and Vozdvyzhivka, and in the areas of the settlements of Tsvitkove and Huliaipilske, and towards Charivne.
On the Orikhiv axis, the Defence Forces repelled two enemy attacks in the area of Mala Tokmachka and towards Novoiakovlivka.
On the Dnipro axis, the occupiers did not conduct offensive actions.
On the Volyn and Polissia axes, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
- Overall, over the past day, Russian invaders’ losses amounted to 1,490 personnel. Also neutralised were two tanks, seven armoured combat vehicles, 64 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, four air defence assets, 23 ground robotic systems, 1,925 unmanned aerial vehicles, 590 vehicles and 16 units of the enemy’s specialised equipment.
