This week, Ukrainian regions received equipment worth nearly €4.7 million to restore and strengthen energy infrastructure.
This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.
The assistance was provided thanks to contributions from international partners to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund. The equipment was delivered to energy companies in the Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv and Kharkiv regions, as well as to gas transmission and gas production enterprises.
The equipment received included transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, mobile shelters and other items.
Support was provided by the European Union, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Sweden. International partners continue to help Ukraine strengthen the resilience of its energy system.
