As a result of a Russian strike in Dubno, in the Rivne region, an energy infrastructure facility was hit. As a result, the city is temporarily without power.
This was reported by the Dubno City Council.
Energy workers are already working to deal with the aftermath of the attack and restore the electricity supply.
Residents are urged to remain calm, use electricity sparingly, and follow official updates.
Russian Attack on 13 September
- On the morning of 13 September, a Russian drone attack damaged a petrol station near the international border crossing point “Yahodyn–Dorohusk” on the border with Poland. Falling debris set parts of the petrol station and several lorries parked nearby on fire.
- Also, two kilometres from the border with Poland, Russian forces struck the locomotive of a passenger train.
- In the Khmelnytskyi region, a fire broke out on the premises of a business after an enemy drone fell. No casualties.
- In the Lviv region, a strike in Stryi has been reported. Outbuildings and residential buildings near the station were damaged there, as well as a school outbuilding in the Novoho Svitu area.
- In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, one person has been reported injured following a Russian attack. An industrial facility was damaged.
- In Ternopil, a transport infrastructure facility and an industrial building were hit. One person was injured.
- As a result of the enemy attack in the Vinnytsia region, there was a hit on a civilian infrastructure facility.
