Russian forces attacked a fire and rescue unit in the Donetsk region with a drone. Four rescuers were wounded in the strike.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this.
An enemy drone hit the facade of the fire and rescue station building.
"The occupiers know who works within these walls. They know that these are the people who are the first to head to where explosions have been heard, put out fires, clear rubble and rescue those who have come under attack," the statement said.
- Russian forces attacked the Zhytomyr region with drones, with strikes reported. Two people were killed and two others were wounded in the attacks. Petrol stations and railway infrastructure were damaged.
- The main direction of Russian shelling on 13 September was Ukraine’s western regions. A border area in Volyn came under Russian attack. A petrol station near the Yahodyn checkpoint was on fire.
- Also, two kilometres from the border with Poland Russian forces struck the locomotive of a passenger train.
