The 1,664th day of the Russian Federation’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. In total, 208 combat engagements were recorded over the past day. The heaviest fighting was in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka sectors.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 90 air strikes, dropping 286 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 11,727 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,872 attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, 45 of them using multiple launch rocket systems.
Shelling by the enemy, in particular, hit the settlements of Sopych, Korenok, Vilna Sloboda, Tovstodubove, Neskuchne, Yastrubyne, Pysarivka, Kindrativka, Mohrytsia, Bachivsk, Ulanove, Peremoha, Hirky, Bezsalivka, Rohizne, Neskuchne, Nova Sich, Mar’ine, Oleksiivka, Mtolpillia in Sumy Region; and Kliusy, Mykhalchyna Sloboda, Leonivka and Buchky in Chernihiv Region. Tovstodubove, Esman and Stetskivka were hit by air strikes.
Over the past day, aircraft, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces struck two areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, six command posts and UAV launch points, five artillery systems and artillery positions of the occupiers, as well as another key enemy target.
In the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk sectors, no enemy assault actions were recorded over the past day. The aggressor carried out 148 attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas, 10 of them using multiple launch rocket systems. It launched four air strikes using 10 guided aerial bombs.
In the South Slobozhanskyi sector, Ukrainian units repelled six attacks. The invaders tried to advance towards the settlements of Kozacha Lopan, Hrafske and Volokhivka, and near Lyman and Startsi.
In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy tried to improve its positions, carrying out assault actions three times towards the settlement of Kivsharivka.
Attempts to break into our defences were repelled in the Lyman sector, where the occupiers attacked three times in the areas of Novoserhiivka and Novoselivka.
In the Sloviansk sector, the enemy carried out eight assault actions near the settlements of Yampil, Ozerne, Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka and Mykolaivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, Russian invaders carried out one attack towards the settlement of Yurkivka.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, 20 attacks were recorded. The invaders conducted assault actions near Kostiantynivka, Dovha Balka, Rusyn Yar and Toretske, at Kucheriv Yar, and towards Mykolaipillia.
The enemy carried out 26 attacks in the Pokrovsk sector. The occupiers tried to advance towards Dobropillia, Myrne and Serhiivka, and in the areas of the settlements of Dorozhnie, Shevchenko, Udachne and Novomykolaivka.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy carried out three assault actions towards Ternove.
In the Huliaipole sector, the occupiers attacked our defenders’ positions eight times. The enemy tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Hirke and Charivne, and towards Rizdvianka.
In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy tried to improve its positions towards Chervona Krynytsia.
In the Dnipro sector, the occupiers did not conduct offensive actions.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
- Overall, over the past day, Russian invaders’ losses amounted to 1,700 personnel. A tank, an armoured combat vehicle, 74 artillery systems, seven multiple launch rocket systems, two air defence assets, 12 ground robotic systems, 2,124 unmanned aerial vehicles, 548 vehicles and two units of special equipment were also destroyed.
