The Russian army struck Izyum in the Kharkiv Region with a guided aerial bomb. A two-month-old baby and a 34-year-old woman were injured.
Four private households were destroyed and five private homes were damaged. Vehicles were also damaged, the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, reported.
“All relevant services are working at the impact sites,” he commented on the strike.
Izyum is a city that was liberated by Ukrainian defenders in 2022.
