Russian forces attacked Kharkiv’s Osnovianskyi district with a drone. As a result of the strike, a hit on a shopping centre was recorded.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
All emergency services are working at the scene. They have been switched to an enhanced operating mode.
Update as of 10:45. As the head of the Regional Military Administration noted, a fire broke out in the shopping centre building.Preliminarily, at the moment of impact, staff and visitors were in a shelter. A 65-year-old shopping centre employee sought medical assistance after later feeling unwell.
Earlier, the city’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov, reported the strike on the shopping centre. However, he wrote that the attack was on the Slobidskyi district.
